Dominic Richards, as both Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of The Prince’s Foundation, has been engaged in multiple sustainable urbanism projects in the UK and abroad and helped to design and establish Poundbury for The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community. Poundbury, built as an annex to Dorchester in Dorset has been a huge success and is now home to over 3,000 people, more than 200 new small and medium size businesses and employs in excess of 2,000 people.

Architekton is currently managing two flagship urban regeneration schemes, a large mixed-use scheme in the centre of Norwich and a high-end  residential/retail redevelopment in Spitalfields, East-London.

Sir Michael Hintze is the founder and owner of CQS, a global multi-strategy asset management firm.
